Dean and his team catered a dinner for 16 of us at a holiday cottage. From the initial contact to the end of the evening, Dean was amazingly helpful.  He helped me understand the menu and even created a special dessert for us.   The team arrived with everything that we could possibly need and the table setting was wonderful.  The table service was very professional; they handled all of our forgetfulness of who was having what with great aplomb and ensured that our glasses remained topped up the entire evening.  Very important for an Irish crowd.  It was a very special evening and Dean and his team made spectacular.  I would highly recommend them for any occasion.
